I have an extreemely lazy bowel. Have tried laxatives which i found to make my bowel even more lazy. have also tried increasing fibre intake etc. I eat plenty of fruit and veg also but nothing seems to help. Iv been like this for pretty most all of my life and constantly feeling very bloated around the middle area even though im proper weight for my height. any suggestions on what may be causing this?
