What To Do For Eyes Twitching?

I was bending over and came up and hit my head very hard on the cabinet corner. It pierced my skin and bled a little. Now my eyes are twitching from time to time. Not a nerve like twitch, but where they go from side to side. Could this be caused by the hit and if so what should I do?
