What To Do For Constant Pain In Left Shoulder With History Of Chronic Gastritis?
I have constant pain in my left shoulder for a little over 24 hours. Taking Tylenol with no relief. Also moist heat pads, no relief. I can't take advil or other NSAIDs due to a history of cronic gastritis. Should I go to an ER? I can't find an urgent care that is open at this time.

I really appreciate your concern I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines in keeping mind this could be muscular stiffness and joint pain may be due to some functional elements,
1) Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day
2) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
