chronic gastritis hi i m prashant karki from nepal i m 29 years old i have been suffring with gastric since 2 years.i have checked up with many doctor but it could no relief. my major problem r given below 1.srounding stomach pain 2.Seen slightly blood in stool from 2 or 3 days plz give me solution

Hi,

Stomach pain with blood in stool could be due to enterocolitis like infective etiology.

You should do further workup as follow
_stool routine micro examination
_stool culture
_USG abdomen scan.

If needed endoscopy examination also can be planned.

I suggest you consult a nearby gastroenterologist for detailed evaluation. Rifaximine and probiotic tablet can be prescribed empirically until than.
