What To Do For Ankle Sprain?

ankle sprain....
My daughter Christina hurt her ankle last Tuesday. I took her to the ER on Wednesday morning and they told me it didn't look broke like last time. But know she is haven't numbness and her leg below the knee cap is cold as ice. What can I do for it. Thank you Angela Totten
