What To Do For A Growth Between Heart And Ribs?

hello sir,
today i saw a doctor because i cant take breath freely. doctor said to take x-ray of chest.
after see the x-ray doctor says that some lump or water or something like a growth between heart and ribs that pushed my heart from its original position to right.thats why i got some problem while i breath.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should get done CT thorax with Contrast for the diagnosis of that growth.
Chest x ray is not always diagnostic in such type of lesions.
CT thorax will give you exact idea about size, shape, margins and content of swelling.
And all these characteristics are important in diagnosis and deciding future investigations.
Possibility of lung abscess, malignancy or pneumonia is high in your case.
So better to get done CT thorax first.
