What mean by this chest result x-ray and what to do?
Confluent haziness is seen in the right paracardiac area.
Heart is not enlarged
Aorta is unremarkable.
Rest of the visualized structure is intact.
IMPRESSION:
Consider Pneumonia, right paracardiac area.
Clinical correlation is suggested.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is opacity in the right lung near the right heart border. This might be due to pneumonia involving right lung middle lobe. You might be having cough and fever and the X ray findings need to be confirmed by clinical examination. You will get well by taking antibiotics and rest.
