What To Do After Abortion Pills Been Taken In 74th Day Of Pregnancy?

hello sir,
mywife is pregnant by 85 days today when she was on 74th day we tried for medical abortion by taking mtppill kit. she started pain from the next day but did not got bleeding still today pain is regularly continue so what should we do. plz help us out we dont need a surgical abortion.

Medical abortion can be done until 63 days of pregnancy only and even within this period there can be some failures. Since your wife is beyond this period, medical abortion is not only harmful, but also incomplete. The pain is due to the uterine contraction induced by the pills. In the current scenario, she should go for a surgical abortion after consulting a specialist for a complete evaluation. Continuation of the pregnancy can lead to fetal malformation due to the pill use and hence abortion is a must. Hope this helps.
