What Tablet Should I Take To Get Rid Of Knee Pain ?
i twisted my knee by getting out of my stepdad car on monday 28th february 2011 but my knee is not getting any better but i am not sure what to do about my knee as i tryed pain killers & gels & resting & soaking it but nothing work please help me

wear knee cap give it hot fomentation and internally have punarnava guggul with triodashang guggul. You can fry some dried ginger in sesame oil and apply this oil locally.
