What Symptoms To Look For After A Head Injury?

Hello, I hit my forehead on the corner of some furniture around 7am. It is currently 2:12am the next day. Am I safe from the complications associated with concussions. Also, I had head trauma in the same place 16 years ago(I m not sure if that matters) Should I see a doctor?

check for the following symptoms
1. head ache
2. vomiting
3. altered senses and drowsiness
4. weakness of one side of body
5. decreased pupillary reflex leading to difficulty in seeing light
5. slow pulse and high BP.
if any 2 symptoms are found contact your Doctor immediately
