Off course you require weight loss
Take less fat and carbohydrate
Take more green veges,salads,fruits.
Avoid fried and junk food.
No food between two meals,if feel hungry take salads only.
Most important is exercise.
Do daily exercise fo 30-40 mnt like running,jogging,swimming etc.
Go for thyroid
