General Surgeon Dr. Swapnendu Sekhar Ghosh's  Response
welcome to healthcaremagic

you need a clinical examination by a gynecologist to see whether you are having any real problem or not

with vaginal deliveries vulva may get lax but not such as to cause any problem

some times lax vagina with prolapse is there and that is to be surgically repaired for the prolapse and tightness of vagina regained

your doctor will decide your requirement
if you have no prolapse regular exercises and healthy balanced diet to keep your body fit and tight should be practiced
pelvic floor exercises will help
