What Should I Do To Reach A Normal Level Of TPHA?

hi im having a problem with my medical exam for working abroad. The clinic said that im tpha reactive with a value of tpha asv 0.845 at first then after 21 days i had to repeatvthe test and the result was toha asv 0.502...they say that the boundary is 0.4000 ...im planning to repeat the test again..what will i do to reach the normal level? i dont have sexual contact..im a single mom. thank u!

Thanks for posting your query.

False positive results with TPHA is very unlikely . So it means you are having Syphilis, it's a STD. But treatment is simple.

So ask your doctor to start treatment for syphilis and repeat the test after 1 month though the chances of test result coming back to normal is less likely but you can produce a certificate of treatment of syphilis . That will suffice.
