What Should I Do To Control BP?

hello sir,i am 24 and i am slightly over weight.i have high bp for one month i am taking cozar..beside that i have pulsating and throbbing feeling in my head all the day.my cholestrol and triglysride levels are normal..but my ALT is raised it is 107..my bp is not controlling..please advise me what should i do??

Secondary causes like electrolytes, kidney and so on – need investigation, at this age
ALT need reassessment and follow up
Tertiary Care Hospital setting will be the best...
