What Should I Do To Burn Fat?

I had a history of heart failure after the birth of my daughter in 2000. My ejection fraction was 5% and my heart was returned to normal with medications after about a year. I am currently taking 25mg of Toprol XL daily (and for the rest of my life.) My doctor says he notices that when I exercise my heart is good but doesn't respond as well to recovery as a normal persons would. I want to take oxy elite pro or another fat burner. I am dieting and exercising but due to the toprol my metabolism is slowed and I need a little extra help.

Hi Hope you fine
I understand that how are you going through.Exercise is ok and what kind of dieting are you following ? This may be also the reason of slowing your metabolism. Did you ever go for fat burner? Do you know the side effects of fat burner? I will suggest not to go for fat burner ever and especially at this condition. The fat burner especially for those who don't have any medical condition . For those who are normal and want to increase their muscle and lean mass. Please let me know what kind of diet and exercise are you following?
