What Should I Do Remove Scab Appeared Due Blackhead?

Hi, i had a small blackhead next to my nose and i picked it with my nails, and I had a small hole, and it made a scab, and i picked it again. It started to swell up and get all yellow and red. So i picked it again and it is now bleeding. I washed my face but it is still a big spot on my face. What do i do ?

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
You seem to have got the lesion infected by picking with your nails.
You could apply a cream containing 2% mupirocin or 1% fusidic acid twice a day on the lesion.
If it does not subside with creams alone, you may need an oral antibiotic like azithromycin.
In order to prevent blackheads in the future, use a face wash containing 2 % salicylic acid.
Do not pick on your acne.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
