Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You are only on a small dose of thyronorm and your thyroid functions are never in control on that dose. The TSH on treatment should be between 0.5 and 4 miu/ml while on treatment for hypothyroidism.

The usual dose I start on a similar patient is around 75 to 100 mcg per day according to the weight Then after 6 weeks I will repeat a thyroid functions to see if the TSH has come below 4. If not the dose has to be adjusted.

Since your TSH is higher, you should increase the dose of thyroxine probably to 100mcg after consulting a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
