What Should I Do As Having Bacteria++,moderate Fat Globules?

my 1 yr old daughter has loose motions, abdominal pain and throwing up for some times. She is exclusively breastfed. Her fecalysis test found bacteria +++ , moderate fat globules. Given erceflora, metochloprramide, furazolidone. more advice please. thanks

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. It seems your kid is having acute watery diarrhea. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Antibiotics might worsen if unnecessarily used causing antibiotic associated diarrhea. I suggest you use zinc supplements & ORS...
I suggest these -
1. Give Z&D drops 1ml once daily for 14 days
2. Please STOP - erceflora, metochloprramide, furazolidone.
3. For vomiting you can give Syrup Ondanisetron 2.5ml thrice a day half an hour before food only if vomiting.
4. Continue giving ORS sip by sip.
