What Should Be The Normal Bp Or An Ischemia Patient?

I just failed a stress test and was told that I have posterior wall ischemia. I went to the doctor because I have been feeling really really fatigued and my blood pressure had been hitting the bottom like 98/ 53 could this new finding be the cause for the tiredness? I am 45 female.
