What Should Be The Ideal Heartbeat During Exercises?

Hi Doctor, i hace recently started workouts on treadmill. I starts at 3KMPH and gradually increses it to 7KMPH for 60 minutes daily, my heartbeats goes to 150 Apprx and after going to peak speed i come down gradually to 3KMPH, is this safe way of doing workouts and what should be the ideal heartbeat during exercises?? please answer..

welcome to HCM,
Normal heart rate at rest is 60 to 90/minute.
during exercise it increase according to what and how exercise are you doing. so there is no ideal limit of rate during exercise. But once you stop exercise, it would became normal then there is no problem.
