Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Shri Bhalla
The drug you mention - signoflam - has 3 medicines > the important one is aceclofenac, which is anti-rheumatic (anti-inflammatory / NSAID - Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug)... The other two are paracetamol and serratiopeptidase

NSAID may have side effects - on stomach / kidney / heart / liver and so on
NSAID may interact with some other medicines

If you have no other disease / if you are not taking any other medicine / if you have had no problems till now - then there is no problem at all at this dose level. That is indeed a small dose.

Take care
Good luck

Post Script : I am sorry to note that you seem to depressed and can't afford... Try to save something for emergency needs. Seek help of family, friends or social groups.

Good luck
