What Should Be The HCG Level In Case Of Pregnancy?

Hallo i am 26 years old and have 2 childrens and last blood test i had was HCG 72 U/l and since 4 days later i did a new test it was HCG 69 U/l CAN IT BE PREGNANCY ? and last time i had all the months periode .

HCG levels >25 IU/L denotes pregnancy.
Another reason is raised HCG levels returns to normal till 3weeks after delivery.
