what should i do Doctor when Mortien(insect spray( goes in my mouth? I am 16 yrs old. I am male.

Read your prob, if this spray goes into your mouth it can be cause of pnumonitis. you should get Xray chest n rule out any sign of it. if cough or breathlessness started you should consult with your doc as its complication is only pnumonitis.
