Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Whenever there is a fall , first of all one should restrict the bleeding. May be give a compression in order to stop the bleed. Since here nose bleed was there, the kids head should be bent forward, inorder to prevent accidental entry of blood into the airway.

Ice compressions has to be given. This also stops the bleeding.

Yes ibubrofen will reduce pain so can be given.

Once things are under control, please go to your doctor and get the kid examined.

Take care
