My 12 y/o son had a sleeding accident 2 days ago.Huge goose egg above right eye ( forehead ) watched him for signs of concussion , Nothing .. He acted fine kept ice on it and neosporin for the "road rash" Today day #2 he woke up and both of his eyes are swollen and he appears Asian . Still no headaches or pain only to touch the bumped area ,I felt it and it feels squishy not hard like it was ..

The baby looks absolutely fine and there is no cause for concern. If you notice any of the signs , consult Pediatrician/Pediatric Surgeon at earliest
1. Excessive crying or excessive sleeping 2. Abnormal movements of the body which could be convulsion 3. Persistent Vomiting: 1 or 2 episode of vomiting is quite common in Pediatric Head injury and is not cause for concern. 4. Loss of consciousness
