Hello,

Let me give you a very simple and practical advice to take care of your GDM.
Babies of GDM mother are prone to many complications. All these complications depends on the mothers blood sugar levels.
Even a slight increase in blood sugar may be harmful to the baby.
So my advice is that your FBS should be maintained well within 110 mg / dl.
Secondly you diet is well balanced and I advice you to follow the same.
Routine and anomalies scan at 20 weeks is very important.
