What should I do to reduce test anxiety ?

I think i have test anxiety . My teacher has told me that she truly thinks i have test anxiety too. She said that i am one of her hardest working students she has ever had. I study A LOT and everyone knows it. I do good on homework, and stuff, but when it comes to testing i totally bomb them. My teacher has worked with me after school before a test, and i do great. I am answering all the questions, and then the next day i have the test and do horrible... just like all my other tests. It affects me moving up in my classes because they look at tests, and they think i need to repeat. It is really stressful to know that i know all of the information, and then get my test back and it s an F. It just confuses me! I don t get why i can t do good on a test! My teacher says learning the information over isn t going to do anything, because the same results are going to happen. I can deal with this anymore! I have tried relaxing, getting a good night sleep before, and i have good study habits. What should i do?!

I fully agree with you and your teacher.
Now in many country campaign of test free examination are going on.You give education for one year and at the end of year without taking exam.send the student on up class.
Of course this is the thing of future, now you have to face the problem.
You build up your self confidence and remove fear of giving the test and as you are one of the best student in your class you cultivate your mind and make it strong
Once you decide that I have to take top rank among the all students nothing will stop you by doing so.
Start from this second only,Future is yours.
