What should I do to get a stress less sleep ?

HI MY NAME IS DENVER, I CANT SLEEP AT NIGHT REASON BEING THAT MY MIND KEEPS THINKING AND WORKING UNTIL A POINT WHERE MY HEAD FEELS LIKE EXPLODING. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.THE THING IS I KEEP THINKING ABOUT GETTING A BETTER JOB, THE PRESSURES OF NOT HAVING TO BE ABLE TO GIVE MY LOVE ONES WHAT THEY WANT(MATERIALLY).PLEASE HELP

u have well conveyed the reason for ur insomnia ....all u need to do is realize your capacities to do the things ,try to make things easier for u ,grab the present opportunities whatever they r rite now.,...some content..& of course MEDITATION & MEDICATIONS FOR SHORT DURATION LIKE ZOLPIDEM WILL HELP U .
