What Should I Do For Tightness In My Chest And Pind And Needles Feeling?
Hi I got some blood results today. my ALT(GPT) is 269. My Gamma-GT is 569, my Lactate Dehydrogenase is 257. Cholesterol total 8.2, Triglyceride 7.13 LDL Cholesterol 4.89, Glusose is 6.0 Ferritin 293.
I was fasting and I am a 40 year old male. with a tighness is my chest at the minute and pins and needles in my hands feet and mouth is there any thing to worry about? Ray

Hello
Tightness in left side of chest need proper evaluation.
It may be due to cardio pulmonary causes,reflux etc.
You may need clinical examination and investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,viral markers,urine RE/ME,upper GI endoscopy,ECG,ECHO,TMT,ultrasound of abdomen.
You may need medicines like ursodeoxycholic acid tablet for increased SGPT.
You may need few more medicines after complete investigations.
