What Should I Do For The Irregular Blood Pressure, The Cardiologist Has Advised Not To Take When Low And High Dosage When High?

My blood pressure is high at times and low at other times. My cardiologist has told me to not take my blood pressure medicine when it s low and to take extra when it s high. This worries me because I m afraid I will overdose my self. What should I do?

Hi,
I read your query and would like to suggest to do a 24 hour BP monitoring and consulting a second cardiologist for a second opinion.

Hope it was of help!
