Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
You are suffering from Sexual Performance anxiety. Kindly remove the stress about having sex. You can speak to your Partner and she can help you in her own way. Exercise regularly and eat healthy nutritious foods. Get your semen analysis done along with testosterone levels. Masturbate only when you are sexually aroused.
Good Luck.
