What Should I Do As 14 Week Old Has Red Patches?

my 14 week old has red patches that seem slightly bumped up and they are on his stomach mainly and a few on arms my 21 month old picked up strep throat and has been on a antibiotic for 4 days now...my 14 week old has been spitting up a lot more too...any ideas

Patches such as the ones your younger child has are unlikely to be due to strep. You should watch out for runny and red eyes, a red throat, vomiting and a fine, spotty rash with a sand-paper like feel if it is strep.

Having said this, please do consider taking him to a dermatologist for a professional opinion.
