What Should I Do About Red Bumps With White Head On Them In My Daughter's Thighs ?

my daughter has little red bumps that can have a white head on them on her inner thighs. She doesn t complain about them untill i try to wipe them with a clean cloth to keep them clean. what should i do? She is 2 years old and just about 30 lbs

The red bumps are probably a sort of skin rash due to infection so you need to take care and as you are doing maintain them clean.She is not complaining so it is not severe and does not have itching so presently do not worry just apply Fusivic-M or sofradex ointment ointment on the area and in few days it may subside and if it is increasing or does not respond to the ointment then consult a doctor for examination.
