General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Loss of weight (unintentional), low appetite with black stools indicate intestine pathology with internal bleeding.

Must consult here to your primary care provider for immediate evaluation without any delay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
