What Room Temperature Is Suitable For Typhus Infected Patient?

Dear, we have typhus infected patient. Just need to know what normal environment or room temperature the patient should be advisable to stay with. Additional information needed, what kind of therapy or treatment the patient need if she is suffering a sign of central nervous system damage? If you can suggest the best treatment for her to recover, please advise. Thank you so much.

in typhus fever will be rising rapidly to 38.8 C - 40.0 C
Pt is advisable to stay at optimum room temperature
regarding CNS Lesion only 12% of typhus will develop neurological manifestation
Since it is intracellular organism antibiotics should be given in such a way it should penetrative into the cell ( eg. tetracycline, chloramphenical, fluroquinolones)
