What Results In Fainting After Looking Into A High Power Lens?

we had gone to take spectacles n when that persone was testing his eye he gave high power lens so he fainted n gave jerk movements that person who tested his eye was not an eye specialist but he referred to visit neurologist is it that my friend has epilepsy??
