What Relieves The Sinus Pressure That Causes Dizziness?

I always have a blocked nose especially at night. sometimes a sinuss pressure with a strain around my eyes that makes me feel dizzy. that started after moving to kuwait 4 years ago and staying all day long in indoor air conditioned enviroment cause of the hot weather. when i go back home the problem almost dissapear. i've tried over the counter meds and home remedies and it's no longer working. what is it that i can do about it.

Dear you may be suffering from allergy rhinitis with nasal congestion with etmoidal sinus congestion. Avoid cool drink and freeze water, daily water vapor inhalation with use decongestants. Avoid direct exposure to air conditioning keep your place away from air conditioning. Tab. Alday DC twice a day depending upon need. Please consult your doctor he will examine nasal cavity check for polyps or dns or turbinate hypertrophy etc and treat you accordingly.
