What Relieves The Sinus Pressure Headache?

I hit my head just over 72 hours ago. I have a slight headache, feels like a sinus pressure headache. And now my pupils are pulsating, getting bigger and smaller at the same time. I am feeling very tired. When the incident first happened my words were jumbled but I remembered everything & had no memory loss. I experienced neck pain over the next 2 days. The next is much better but I am now feeling waves of dizziness or light headed, and warm. I should note I am a carrier of the Factor V Leiden gene. I am a 33 year old female. I have not been to a doctor, should I go to the ER now?

hello,
as per you narration it seems you head injury may of concern. Lightheadedness , dizziness, headache and pupillary involvement requires investigation in the form of CT scan head. Also you have an additional risk of intracerebral bleed in the form of Factor V Leiden mutation. I will advice you to consult a neurologist/ neurosurgeon or Physician for proper evaluation and treatment.
Hope you get well soon.
