What Reduces The Swollen Tongue With Pus Formation?

A week ago I bit my tongue on right edge side. It swole up and turned into big puss thingy puss oozing out. Now it is a thick white area like a scar, still little sore but underneath the scar is like a hole where I bit it originally. Never had anything like this before. Why is it doing this and will it heal properly? Thank you so much for help

Hi,

I have read your query.

You must consult your doctor who would do inspection of your tongue properly. Puss coming out from wound means that culture sensitivity is required and proper antibiotic coverage is needed.

After careful inspection your doctor may advise you some antibiotics. He may also advise you tips regarding mouth cleaning and dental hygiene.

I hope you have get your answer.

Thanks.
