What Problems Do Same Blood Type Partners Have?

Hi me and my partner have the same blood type which is A+. We have been sleeping regularly and have sexual intercourse as we are in a relationship for almost three years now. We are still hoping for a baby. Are there any precautions do we need to be aware of? Or can you please advise on why we still not having a baby? please thanks for your time

Hi, thanks for using HCM..
I understand your concern.. There is no problem with both partners being A positive, it is only for female with neg blood group and male with positive blood group. i think you should both visit a gynaecologist and get a detailed evaluation. Is your period regular? You need to get a pelvic scan and some blood test like TSH prior to taking treatment. Semen analysis should be done of the partner.. May be you will need to take an ovulation induction drug and follicular study to have a timed intercourse.. Folic acid and healthy diet should be taken.. Hope i have answered your queries.. Good day.
