What Precautions Should I Take To Manage Placenta Previa?

I am 13 weeks pregnant. Just found out that i have Placenta Previa or Complete Previa. Is there anyone who can tell me what precautions can i take? my family has been asking me to raise my lower body, from hips to legs so the blood flow slows down. What else? My age is 32 and now weight is 155lbs

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion placenta praevia at this gestational weeks is seen in quite a number of cases.But in 90% of cases it moves to upper
segment of uterus by 24 weeks.So you need not worry.But you should be careful till it moves up.Avoid intercourse,physical and mental stress,prolonged standing,take adequate bed rest and take adequate fluids.
