hi.my father 61 year sold is a known diabetic for last 32 years n nw suffering from diabetic nephropathy.his current rfts showed creatinine level of 2.0 and urea level of 155.his potassium is 5.0 .what measures should be taken which can preserve the kidney function and prevent further loss of renal function.
