Hi welcome to HCM.
Elevated blood pressure in your case need to be promptly reduced with the help of antihypertensives.Drugs like beta blockers and calcium channel blockers will help to reduce the blood pressure.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Regular physical activity for 20 min/day will help.Maintain your blood pressure under 130/80 mm of Hg.Avoid excess intake of coffee.Have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart pathology.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you.
