Hi welcome to HCM.
You have high altitude sickness. This can occur in both acclamatized and unacclamatized individuals. This is due to sudden drop in oxygen levels in the inspired air leading to elevation of blood pressure and heart rate.Antihypertensives like enalaprilat is the main stay of treatment in this hypertensive urgency.Since your blood pressure now returned to baseline,i advice you to have a baseline EKG and 2 dimensional echo to assess the cardiac reserve of your heart.Avoid long overhaul travel in near future again.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
