What Precautions Need To Be Taken After Undergoing Inguinal Hernia Operation?
Hello sir, i had a left inguinal hernia operation about 4 months ago and i am feeling quite good. i just want to know, what all further precautions i should take in order to avoid any sort of chances of recurrence of the hernia. Please help me with this.

1.Avoid chronic constipation
2.Avoid straining at stool
3.if chronic cough there should be treated because excess cough can lead increased intraabdominal pressure
4.Maintain healthy balanced weight
5.Avoid smoking ....
6. Avoid straining while urination.....
These advise will help you in preventing hernia ....
