What Precaution Should Be Taken For Hair Loss ?

hello i was brushing my hair tonight and 12 hairs came from my head , 10 from the one side. i hadn t brushed my hair in 16 hours at all. i have shoulder length hair and am a male.is this normal as i was brushing my hair quickly and roughly. although i lost less than 100 hairs a day, i don t know if the 10 from one side was normal. thank you Andrew

Hi,Andrew, thanks for query.Hair loss and growth is a continuous process.There is cycle of hair growth,new comes and old ones break.Do not worry.Take good diet rich in vitamins and minerals.Avoid too much of stress,and take good care of your hair.
