What Painkiller Do You Suggest For Fracture?

Hey doc back n 2003 i was n a horrible wreck that broke my back the L4 vert compression fracture, bulging qand hurniated disks. Broke both ankles and lower legs, pelvic and crushed my right side of my face have plates n face and legs and ankles. I've tried all the narcotic pain meds, but they loose there abilty to help me. and it broke my sturnum and all kinds of ribs, and left shoulder, lost my spleen also. What meds do u sugest. Percocet 10/325 6 times a day and 5mg oxycodone 3 times a day was what i was taken. Now they say no break thought pain meds. What do you think I should be on???

The multiple fractures that you have had can cause pain whenever there is a oveent at the fracture site. It needs proper immobilization and pain killers according to the intensity of the pain.
