What Might Be The Small Red Veins On The Upper Mouth In Patches And Recently Had Pus On The Small Cuts Of Tonsils Which Has Subsided?

Hi basically I did have white pus on the small cuts on my tonsils which is starting to go but now from my tonsils to the back of my teeth and upper mouth has small red veins covering it it also looks quite pale in patches a saw a doctor and he thinks there no infection

hi and thanks for the query,
blood vesssels in the lining of the mouth and throat are qiute close to the surface and hence they are visible sometimes.
its nothing to worry about.
the hard palate is also paler than the soft palate.
so do not worry.
