i have a problem like white heads around neck of penis head for 10 yearsi consult a doctor but he said that these are common but these didnt disappear still i am having these what might be these i am 26 yera old. sex: male sir ,i am having problem like white heds around the neck of penis headfor 12 years. these are small.i cosult a doctor . he said that these are common, these can be removed by one instrument(i dont know what it is?) , but at that time i didn t take treatment.these heads releesing some white discharge. these are not dissappeared. what might be these? help me sir, thank you,
