cold sponging till temp comes down .paracetamol tab 500 mg to bring temp
check up with physician and followadvice

Take tab paracetamol 1 tab stat.and repeat after 2hrs if no relief.
Take plenty of water,
Consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

High grade fever sugests certain infection in your boby.
Give some detail history to reach the diagnosis and proper treatment.
Start anti pyretic medicine and go for routine investigations to rule out the diagnosis, and start treatment accordingly under your physician's guidance.
